Payment Terms

All stays & services at Wellington Private Marina require payment to be made in full at the time of the booking.  Any additional items, events, tours or packages also require full payment at the time of booking.

1.  Cancellation of Stay

  • Cancellations due to the following reasons will not automatically guarantee a refund.
  • Illness or travel disruptions caused by COVID-19 isolation instructions
  • Inclement weather on the days of your stay

2.  Refunds

Booking Cancellations
  • Cancel 14 days prior to your booking date will entitle you a Full Refund.
  • Cancel 7 days prior to your booking date will entitle you a Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night excluding the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee.
  • No refund due to weather condition changes during stay. E.g. storms or water conditions due to wind or storms. Where possible we can accommodate you in a land based suite if needed.

3.  Stay Experience Cancellations

  • If you must cancel your stay, our accommodation cancelation/refund policy applies. This is due to catering, hire of equipment or services and staffing requirements.
  • Cancel 14 days prior to your booking date will entitle you a Full Refund.
  • Cancel 7 days prior to your booking date will entitle you a Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night excluding the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee.
  • No refund due to weather condition changes during stay. E.g. storms or water conditions due to wind or storms.
